Breeders who hope to create new variety of similar strains will have to experiment with crossings of several strains.
We thought it was very intersting but then you have to have a fair amount of different fish to work with and creating a strain could take years.
Most breeders will not reveal their line of breeding. However for the benefit of discus lovers and hobbyists who are interested in breeding we will share with fellow discus lovers our lineage in breeding for the discus strains that we carry.

2) Penang Golden
Yellowish Red Turquoise (light colored) cross with Red Albino.
3) Red Angel

Penang Pigeon crossing with selected orange based pigeon. The offspring from this crossing, especially those with orangey body coloration and few body striations are selected out for further crossings.
